Gratitude – The Door to Grace & Abundance

Good morning, dear friends.

One of the most important factors behind my good health, even amidst a “battlefield” of challenges, is a deep sense of gratitude. I consciously seize every opportunity to express gratitude—often several times a day—thanking for my health, my food, the kind people in my life, and the opportunity to serve. Every little blessing makes me feel deeply grateful and truly blessed.

Perhaps this attitude has helped me maintain optimal health for decades. Many times, I see the body heal itself, even when serious issues arise. Healing often happens within five or ten minutes. Rarely do I take medication.

I am sharing this to encourage you to cultivate an attitude of gratitude for all that has been bestowed upon us in life.

Time and again, I am amazed by people who face unthinkable challenges and yet never give up. Even in intense darkness, they focus on a tiny ray of light—and keep moving forward.

If this message resonates with you, let us consciously stop complaining about anything, whatsoever.

We know that life has its seasons and its reasons. Let us accept what we cannot change, and offer heartfelt thanks for what we do have.

Have a blessed weekend, dear ones. So Hum.

 Namaste.
