Since 2000, CNHM has guided people towards health, peace and inner growth through authentic Reiki healing, energy healing and daily meditation — open to all.
Founded by Master Sangeeta and Master Vijay Raghavan, the Centre for Natural Healing and Meditation is a volunteer-based NGO in Vacoas. What began as a small Reiki family has grown into a trusted home for holistic wellbeing and spiritual development across Mauritius.

Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing that promotes deep relaxation, eases anxiety and supports the body’s natural healing. In a full session you receive Reiki across all the major chakras, with a tailored plan for any specific concern.
Your first visit starts with a gentle consultation to understand your needs, followed by a personalised healing plan. Cancer patients receive healing free of charge.
Come and experience healthy, freshly prepared Saatvik meals in a peaceful setting. We also cater corporate lunches and special events. Open 10 am to 6 pm.
As a registered NGO, we run free meditation, children’s holiday programmes, community classes and the Lumiere Maurice project — supported by volunteers and generous donors.
