Description

• Duration of treatment: between 1 hr to 1hr 15 mins.
• Prerequisite: Kindly take a salt bath prior your treatment. If possible do some physical & breathing exercises to further prepare yourself for the healing.
• Kindly bring a warm cover / shawl / towel to cove yourself. It might get quite cold these winter days.

Reiki is practiced by laying hands on areas to be treated. However, it is possible to heal someone without physical contact. An advanced Reiki Practitioner can also send Reiki to people not physically present, referred to as distant healing or absent healing, using techniques taught in Reiki Level 2 and above.
In a “Reiki treatment”, the patient lies down comfortably on the healing bed, and receives Reiki on all the major chakras and organs of the body. If the patient is having some specific ailment, additional Reiki healing is done the to the affected organs & chakras.
