I Am Better for Kids

The I Am Better for Kids class designed to help children in their personal and spiritual development at a this crucial formative period of their life. The program will be an ongoing weekly activity on Fridays for children 7 – 12 yrs old. The children will be introduced to the world or energy and how to improve their energy through yoga, physical and breathing exercises; and meditation techniques. They will also learn to develop better thoughts, emotions, actions & brighter energies through fun and creative activities.

The details of the program are as follows:

• Open to children
  • Age 7 – 12 yrs old on Fridays
• Class size 20 children max
• Program Content
  • Yoga & pranayamas
  • Meditation
  • Fun & Creative expression activities
  • Activities to develop better thoughts, emotions, actions & brighter energies
• When:
  • School days timing : 4 pm – 6 pm
  • School holidays timing: 1 pm – 3 pm
• Participation fee: Rs 200 per month
