𝗖𝗡𝗛𝗠 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗺𝗲 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀

Acharya Drona placed a wooden bird on a tree and asked his students to aim their arrow at the eye of the bird. He then asked each of them what they could see. Yudhishthira saw the bird, the tree, and the sky. Bhima saw the bird, the leaves, and the sky. Duryodhana and others gave similar answers, describing many things at once. When Arjuna was asked, he replied calmly, “I see only the eye of the bird.” Drona asked him to shoot — and Arjuna hit the eye perfectly.

This story from the Mahabharata reminds us of the power of unwavering focus on the goal. As we step into the New Year, may we be blessed with the inner strength to overcome distractions and stay aligned with higher priorities, progress, and growth.
