Good morning, dear friends.
Often, we wish for a life filled with harmony, peace, and abundance—yet our thoughts, words, and actions are not aligned with what we truly wish to experience.
The truth is, our subconscious mind does not respond to wishes. It responds to patterns. It listens carefully to what we think repeatedly, what we feel deeply, and what we act out daily. It understands emotion and repetition, not intention alone. That is why the elders said: “Whatever you think and say, the angels say, Tatastu—so be it.”
So when we keep thinking and believing “nothing will work” or “life is full of difficulties,” the subconscious mind quietly conspires to make life difficult. Life simply reflects back what is most dominant within us. That is why the ancient wisdom says: “Yad Bhavanam, Tad Bhavati.” As your thoughts and feelings, so becomes your life.
Transformation does not require force or struggle. It requires alignment. When our thought, feeling, word, and action are in harmony with what we wish to experience, all levels of obstacles and resistance melt, and life begins to flow naturally. So let us change the inner dialogue and embody what we wish to experience.
Let’s remember: Alignment, not effort.
